Marketing Operations Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager. This is a fantastic position within a busy, creative team where you’ll have lots of ownership, responsibility, and the possibility to grow your unique skill if you’re seeking for your next step in B2B marketing.

The role requires the successful candidate to balance multiple projects and to deliver timely supporting information and tactical campaigns to enable the success of lead generation programs, program analysis, and future planning.

  • Manage, extract and integrate data from all the current lead generation marketing funnel tools (Google, Force24, etc.) to the client’s CRM solutions (currently Salesforce)
  • Manage the digital routes to market, including PPC and marketing automation campaigns
  • Produce and own marketing analysis to demonstrate attribution and ROI
  • Assist with content creation to support campaigns
  • Help continue to streamline and automate the lead generation process, implementing best practices and supporting tools across the brands

You’ll report to the Marketing Director based in the UK. However, you’ll also work with a wider team that is located remotely, and in different time zones around the globe.

Key skills:

  • Passionate marketing with digital marketing proficiency
  • Experience in using a CRM for lead tracking and analysis.
  • Knowledge of lead generation tools including IP tracking, webforms and landing pages
  • Proficiency of social media platforms
  • Experience in managing and optimising successful PPC campaigns is an advantage
  • Experience in media and video content development is an advantage
  • Proactive, positive, and collaborative, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Remote worker, located within a time zone with a minimum of 5 hours overlap with the UK
  • Ability to offer key insights from data

Experience, education & qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, or business
  • Technology marketing experience a must, hospitality technology experience a plus
  • Previous product/solutions marketing or product management experience
  • Experience working in global, fast-growing small company (with roll-up-the-sleeves attitude)
  • CRM application experience – Salesforce
  • 2+ years of digital marketing / marketing operations experience
