IT Customer Support

We currently have a number of positions available for IT Customer Support Representatives responsible for providing high-end quality customer service to a global clientele for a company in Co. Kerry.


  • Receive CS related calls from external and internal customers via ACD
  • Manage requests in an appropriate manner
  • Operating  and managing trouble ticketing system
  • Communicating and reassuring customers, going above and beyond to resolve issues
  • Maintaining a high level of professionality both on and off the phone


  • Previous Call Centre experience
  • Experience with Windows 10
  • An understanding of Active Directory
  • An understanding of MS Office applications/O365
  • A good team player
  • Ability to work under pressure while ensuring a good standard of work


  • Knowledge of ITIL service delivery best practices
  • Have worked in/with a Citrix environment in the past
  • An understanding of Active Directory
  • An understanding of Lotus Notes database structure and usage
  • Remote Support Tools
  • Troubleshooting Hardware (Lenovo desktops / MS Surface devices)
  • Knowledge of Apple Mac/iPad a plus
  • iPhone user support
  • SCEP (System Center Endpoint Protection)
  • Foreign language skills (French, German, Japanese, Russian) a plus
