- Implementing for strategic planning, financial planning, budgeting and revenue forecasting, as well as cash flow management
- Excellent financial management required for all departments
- Cost Management through analysis and purchasing control
- Management of a large team of people
- Strong attention to detail required in this beautiful property
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Must be motivated and be standards driven, customer service focused
- Have leadership qualities to lead and motivate the management and staff
- Possess a proven track record in strategic & financial management
The salary and benefits for this position will be determined according to the experience of the person appointed.
