Our Kerry based clients are recruiting for a Rigid HGV Driver. Operating established routes throughout County Kerry. You will Safely operate a rigid HGV on designated routes and follow established daily and weekly route schedules. This is a full time, permanent position, Monday to Friday with no nights out and home every evening.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a rigid HGV on designated routes throughout County Kerry.
- Follow established daily and weekly route schedules.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
- Maintain high standards of driving, vehicle care and professionalism.
- Comply with all road traffic legislation, company policies and safety procedures.
- Work effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements
- Valid HGV licence for rigid vehicle operation.
- Valid Driver CPC and Driver Card.
- Previous rigid HGV driving experience.
- Good knowledge of County Kerry is essential.
- Strong navigation and route-planning skills.
- Reliable, punctual and safety-focused.
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
