We are currently recruiting a Facilities Coordinator for our client in Co. Kerry to assist the running of the building and ensure the rest of the staff has adequate support to work as efficiently as possible.


  • Covid-19 management of the entire facility
    • Staff rostering
    • Signing in
    • Social distancing
    • Project management
    • Health and safety
  • Overseeing contracts and providers for services including
    • Security
    • Parking
    • Cleaning
    • Catering
    • Technology
  • Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds
  • Ensuring all contractors are operating in compliance with their chosen division
  • Managing budgets, basic payroll and ensuring cost-effectiveness
  • Allocating and managing space between buildings
  • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
  • Drafting reports and making written recommendations


  • Experience as an office administrator or a similar role
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of computer systems
  • A higher level qualification (BSc/BA) is preferred but not essential
