Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Executive Head Chef for one of our clients, a luxurious 5* hotel in Kerry.
The main responsibilities for the role are to manage, lead and develop a very busy 5* hotel kitchen offering exceptional food and dining experiences for hotel guests and customers. With a 2AA Rosette Restaurant, you will have impeccable high standards, attention to detail and have ambition to grow the food business of the property.
- 2-3 Years Experience as an Executive Head Chef in a 5* hotel or resort
- Excellent Kitchen Management, Leadership, Organisation and Time Management Skills essential
- Vision and Creativity with menu design and produce for dishes
- Experience with Management of GP, Costings, Labour, Wastage, Stock Control etc
- Experience with large and small Conferences, Weddings and Functions essential
- Computer Literate
PACKAGE ON OFFER
- Highly Competitive Salary of between €75,000 – €80,000 dependent on experience
