Red Chair Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Duty Manager for our clients, a hotel based in Tralee, Co. Kerry.
Your main responsibilities will be to assist all departments and department heads within a busy 4* hotel ensuring the smooth daily running of the business
RESPONSIBILITES
- To work as part of a management team and to assist colleagues where necessary
- To ensure the smooth running of all the hotels services whilst on duty at all times ensuring a high standard of service is met
- To anticipate all guests needs and have the ability to address any complaints that may arise in a professional friendly manner
- To assist in the training and development of staff members to ensure a memorable experience for guests
- To ensure the security of the hotel, stocks and keys at all times whilst on duty
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel management is a distinct advantage
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
- Be proficient with hotel booking systems and programs such as Hotsoft and Opera
- Strong management and interpersonal skills
PACKAGE ON OFFER
- Competitive Salary of between €32,000 – €35,000 DOE
- Be flexible to work a 45 hour week with a variety of early, mid and late shifts
