Red Chair Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Duty Manager for one of our clients based in Kerry.
The main responsibility for this role will be to assist the General Manager with the everyday running of the hotel and primarily focus on the Weddings, Events and Conferences side of the business.
- 2-3 years’ experience within a Duty Manager role in a hotel
- Must have strong Wedding / Events and Conferences background
- Must be motivated and be standards driven, customer and service focused
- Have the ability to multi task and to work well under pressure
- Assist the General Manager with the overall running of all departments within the hotel
- Strong attention to detail and strong leadership qualities to lead and motivate the management and staff
PACKAGE ON OFFER
- Competitive Salary of up to €30,000 dependent on experience and qualifications
