We are presently recruiting for a Duty Manager, Conference & Banqueting for our clients, a Luxury 5* hotel in Dublin City Centre. You will be responsible for all the food and beverage operations, which includes all culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations.
You will come from either a 4 or 5* background, will excel at maintaining standards and meeting or exceeding financial goals. You will also have a strong knowledge and proficiency of all applicable food and beverage laws and regulations.
- Leading Food and Beverage Team
- Supervises and manages employees. Manages all day-to-day operations.
- Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others;
- Oversees all culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations.
- Provides a learning atmosphere with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ensures and maintains the productivity level of employees.
- Provides the leadership, vision and direction for staff
- Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service
