Red Chair Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Deputy Hotel Manager to help run a 86 + bedroom, 4 star property with extensive conferencing, F&B and Spa facilities in the beautiful Mid West.
- The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience in a similar size or larger property with a strong emphasis on F&B Operations, Conferencing & Events and Sales, with lots of potential to increase wedding and conference business
- You also need to have very good room revenue management knowledge which will be supported by Head Office
- Strong food and beverage experience is required as well as a proven track record in a busy conference and banqueting environment
- Possess excellent customer service
- Have a mature and pleasant manner for dealing with customers and team members alike
- Have a passion for excellent service and standards
