Red Chair Recruitment are presently looking for a Customer Service Representative for one of our clients, a services provider based in South Kerry. This is a full-time, hybrid position.
The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Similar experience in a customer service based role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic understanding of internet technologies and troubleshooting is an advantage.
- IT efficient.
