We are presently recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join our clients Arrears Team based in Killarney County Kerry. Our client operates in the financial services sector and requires someone to be point of contact with clients and to assist and answer any questions or queries regarding outstanding balances. You will provide support, guidance, and resolutions in a professional manner and act as point of contact for all queries. This is a full-time, permanent position, based in Killarney, County Kerry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to arrears and overdue payments.
- Assist clients in understanding payment terms and developing payment plans.
- Negotiate repayment solutions in a sensitive and empathetic manner.
- Record and update client information accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex cases.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Meet individual and team targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or collections preferred.
- Ability to manage challenging conversations professionally.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
