- Diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Follow standard Helpdesk Procedures
- Manage current call queue
- Reporting – create/manage/improve Helpdesk reports
- To assist in the administration of audit and compliance work by fulfilling audit requests and collating documentation and responses
- A keen eye for detail with a willingness to go above and beyond
- A confident and approachable individual with a focus on professionalism
- 1-2 years of Call Centre, Technical Support or Customer Service / Support is desired
- Previous experience with Client Relations
- A strong ability to act on instruction efficiently and delivery new initiatives
