Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Head Chef / Sous Chef on a contract basis for 6-8 weeks for one of our clients based in Bantry, Co. Cork
The main responsibilities for this role would be to prepare, cook and provide meals for approximately 15 people in a healthcare setting for 2 – 3 days per week
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 Years experience as Head Chef / Sous Chef working in a healthcare / hospital environment essential
- Flexible with work hours and ability to work 8AM – 1PM three days per week for a 6-8 week contract
- Experience with preparing foods to include desserts for the elderly
- Experience with dietary requirements and preparing food within healthcare setting
- Qualified and HACCP / relevant certificates essential
