We are presently recruiting for a Conferencing and Banqueting Manager for our clients, a 4* hotel in County Donegal.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects and preparation for weddings, banqueting and conference business within the property.
- 2 years experience with Conference & Banqueting essential for this role.
- Responsible for showcasing the property and assisting with everyday operations.
- Overseeing the smooth operation of all weddings, functions and conferences in the hotel.
- Manage a team and develop standards and adhere to in-house training.
- Liaise with all departments prior to and during events to ensure that any specific requests are met.
PACKAGE ON OFFER
- Competitive salary of between €35,000 – €40,000 depending on experience.
