Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Chef de Partie for one of our well-established clients, a 4 star hotel in Co. Donegal.
Your main responsibilities in this role will be running a specific station and preparing, cooking, and plating dishes to standard.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 Years experience as a Chef de Partie within a busy hotel environment.
- A desire and passion to grow your skills using the finest ingredients and produce.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage your section and assist Head Chef / Sous Chefs with daily service.
- Flexible with working hours as role will include, mornings, evenings, weekends shifts on rotation.
- HACCP trained and great understanding of food safety, policies and regulations.
PACKAGE ON OFFER
- Competitive salary of €36,000 – €42,000 Per Annum dependent on experience
- Free Parking & Meals on duty.
