As a Emergency Room Nurse , you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within your specialist area while working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will be committed to maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice, patient safety, and compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered nursing care within your specialty
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate patients’ clinical condition
- Administer medications and prescribed treatments safely
- Maintain accurate electronic patient records
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care
- Adhere to infection prevention, patient safety, and quality standards
- Educate and support patients and their families where appropriate

Requirements
- GNM, B.Sc. Nursing or BSN qualification
- Minimum of 2 years‘ post-registration nursing experience within your specialty
- Must have current nursing registration or Qualifications in either the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, or Jamaica to be eligible for Cayman Island Medical Council Registration.
- UK nursing experience or UK training is highly desirable
- Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills
- Experience using electronic medical records
- Excellent written and spoken English
- BLS certification required (ACLS desirable for relevant specialties)
