Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Café Supervisor for one of our clients based in Tralee, Co. Kerry.
Your main responsibility will be to assist the managers in the overall management of the café whilst assistant in leading a strong team of café assistants proving an excellent professional service to guests at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years experience supervisory experience in a busy café environment is essential for this role
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, Customer Service, Organisation and Time Management Skills
- Ability to manage and work within a team as well as on your own initiative
- Flexible to work both weekdays and weekends
