Buyer

Salary: Location: County Kerry Killarney Experience: Job no: Job Status: Contract

We are presently recruiting for a Buyer for our Killarney-based Manufacturing clients for a minimum period of a 3-to-4-month contract. You will be tasked with working on a raft of projects and will be the point of contact with suppliers. This is a full-time, 5-day-per-week role Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Running material shortage reports, analysing the data.
  • Placing purchase orders.
  • Supporting material call offs.
  • Liaising with suppliers.

Experience and Skills:

  • Proficient in Excel – v-lookups, and pivot tables.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
