We are presently recruiting for a BMS Project Manager for our County Limerick based clients. Working on projects nationwide, you will Take responsibility for regular contract meetings and manage the execution, and completion of projects related to the implementation and maintenance of Building Management Systems. You will be the main contact for the various mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical services, such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), lighting, security, and fire safety systems installed and and will focus on client requirement specific to each building. This is a Permanent full-time position
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility as lead engineer for each project allocated and implement internal contractual procedures.
- Organisation and transition of contracts from handover to completion whilst achieving targets of quality, budget and timescale
- Design of control strategies, points’ lists and system descriptions for commissioning team and operation and maintenance manuals
- Provide general technical knowledge and assistance to customers
- Focus on site based customer requirements.
- Maximisation of gross profit margins on individual contracts.
- Manage monthly contract ordering and all financial budgets.
The person:
- You will hold a minimum of a Degree specifically in an Engineering discipline such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or Building Services Engineering
- You will hold a Deep understanding of BMS technologies, HVAC systems, electrical systems, and IT infrastructure.
- A Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Ability to accurately complete conversion of Project Design to Working System.
- BMS Systems knowledge to include Trend or Tridium systems.
