Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Bar Manager for one of our well-established clients in Co. Kerry.
The main responsibilities for the role will be the overall management, running and service of a busy bar & function area. You will work as part of a team ensuring exceptional service to customers of a very well-established business popular with locals and tourists alike with a fantastic reputation for drink, food, music, and service.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ Years Hospitality Management experience in busy hotel or busy bar environment with a strong work ethic.
- Experience with Function Planning – large groups for celebrations.
- Experience with Stock Management, Stock Control and Ordering.
- Experience with Food Service for Functions Essential.
- Previous experience with using Social Media to Promote Business preferred but not essential.
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, Customer Service, Time Management & Rostering.
- Ability to manage and work within a team as well as on your own initiative.
- Flexible with working 5 days per week / 40 hours which will include days, nights, and weekends.
PACKAGE ON OFFER
- Competitive salary from €35,000 to €37,000 per year dependent on experience.
