We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Store Manager for our clients. Your main responsibilities will be to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to drive store performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in the daily management of store operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of processes.
- Help recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Provide guidance and support to team members, helping to resolve issues and improve performance.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory audits, and ensure products are accurately displayed and priced. Coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Assist in implementing merchandising, marketing, and promotional strategies to drive sales and achieve financial targets. Monitor store performance and contribute to sales reports.
- Ensure store operations comply with company policies, health and safety standards, and local regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in retail management or supervisory role, preferably in a supermarket.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management and sales reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
