Red Chair Recruitment are presently recruiting for an Area Business Manager for one of our plumbing and heating clients based in Ireland. You will be tasked with covering Southern Ireland and will mainly be field based. The ideal candidate will have B2B sales experience, a deep understanding of the plumbing and heating industry, and a knack for building strong relationships with merchants and installers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with merchants and installers to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify customer needs and propose solutions for mutual satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, resolving issues and handling complaints.
- Generate new leads, inquiries, and sales, fostering long-lasting relationships.
- Manage promotions and discounts to optimize sales and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a similar role.
- Background in plumbing and heating.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of domestic gas/oil boilers.
