Red Chair Recruitment are currently recruiting a standards driven , experienced General Manager for our clients a beautiful , historic hotel based in Cork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementing for strategic planning, financial planning, budgeting and revenue forecasting, as well as cash flow management
  • Excellent financial management required for all departments
  • Cost Management through analysis and purchasing control
  • Management of a large team of people
  • Strong attention to detail required in this beautiful property

Key Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Must be motivated and be standards driven, customer service focused
  • Have leadership qualities to lead and motivate the management and staff
  • Possess a proven track record in strategic & financial management

The salary and benefits for this position will be determined according to the experience of the person appointed.
